At RedTrex Technologies, we aim for customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

Digital Products

All Microsoft digital products come with a 7-day replacement warranty. If your product key isn't working or is invalid at any point within 7 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement key immediately. RedTrex will stay online to assist you until your product is successfully activated.

For EaseUS products, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with the official EaseUS Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for eligibility and timelines.

Please Note: Change of mind or ordering the wrong product is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Physical Products

For physical goods (hardware, CCTV equipment, accessories, etc.) we offer a Manufacturer Warranty from the date of delivery. Items must be returned Unused/Used, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation included.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Return shipping in this case is on us.

Manufacturer Warranty

Hardware items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (duration varies by product). We assist with all warranty claims and coordinate directly with the brand on your behalf.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, RedTrex covers all return and replacement shipping.

Not Eligible for Return: Items that have been customized, or damaged by the customer. Software keys, license codes, and downloadable items are covered under the Digital Products policy above.

Exceptions

Software keys that have been shared incorrectly (entered on the wrong account or device) are not eligible for refund.
